Merchants at Vikings Come Home XX

Greetings good Merchant,

We invite you once again to join us up north for Vikings Come Home. This year I will be coordinating merchant activities for the event. Vikings draws a diverse group of attendees each year and our merchants play an important part in our event. 

As usual there is No merchant fee if you provide your own table and chairs!!

(You will be expected to pay all gate and camping fees as well as feast fees if you wish to partake.)

If you do not provide a table, the merchant fee will be $10 for each 10 foot table and 2 chairs required. 

Merchants wishing to attend must pre-register with the Merchant Coordinator, THL Muriel, through this form.

Space is limited and we ask that you reserve your space by September 9, 2011. (Remember, if you bring your own table there is no charge, but we still need to reserve your space.)

Please complete and send the Merchant Form to me indicating the following:

1)  Are you providing your own table or need a 10' table and 2 chairs provided.

2)  If tables/chairs are needed, how many ($10 fee)?

3)  Preference for indoor or outdoor space and square feet requirements for merchant tent or number and size of tables being provided.

4)  Date and approximate time of arrival for direction from Merchant Coordinator

Please send your completed Merchant Form to me as soon as possible and I will provide a list of attending merchants as well as a link you your site (if requested).  I look forward to hearing from you soon!
