TO ALL ARTISANS OF THE EMBROIDERY AND HAND SEWING ARTS! It is my great privilege to announce to you the formation of a guild for our beloved arts. We have entered into this venture with the intent of bringing all needle artisans of the Middle Kingdom together for the advancement and enjoyment of embroidery and hand sewing. We are approaching our mighty ruler with this purpose in mind and are asking for his indulgence and approval. With this approval we will be calling the organization the Middle Kingdom Needle Artisans Guild. However if in his wisdom he does not find us worthy we will continue the guild as simply The Needle Artisans Guild, until such time as we have proven ourselves to his gracious acceptance. If you are AT ALL interested in learning, improving your skill or sharing your skill in the needle arts we encourage you to join our company. The process is simple and the rewards many. All you need do is fill out a registration form package which is available at this link, and return it to me. Both my e-mail and street address is on the last page of the package. The guild is free to join, and open to any member of the SCA residing in Middle Kingdom.
