The Barony of Donnershafen looks forward to having everyone back again this year!

Site opens at 12 pm (noon) on Friday, September 13, 2013 and closes at noon on Sunday, September 15, 2013.

Please do not dig up fire pits. Braziers may be used but there is always the community Viking Bardic Fire which we hope will be bigger and better as it has improved every year!*


As with all SCA events, everyone must register with Troll and make an attempt at garb.

Please be reminded, all activities must be approved by the autocrats.

Children's Gaming Pavilion

Gaming Pavilion will be unsupervised except on Saturday from 1:00-3:00 pm. 

Games available will be Kubb, Hunkerhosen, Chess, Checkers, and Nine Men's Morris.





On Saturday, free breakfast to those who camp Friday night ($1 donation suggested)

and a Lunch Tavern will be available for a minimal charge.



Dinner Tavern

We will have an informal dinner tavern this year with seating at the communal fire pit.

$10 per person

Tavern is limited to 100 people, and generally sells out prior to the event.

Reservations fare for tavern are on a first come-first served basis

and are only held once paid.



Friday from 6pm-10pm.
It will reopen Saturday from 8am-2pm.
Everyone must be clear of the site by noon on Sunday.

The site is "wet" and valid ID must be shown at troll.


Site Fee

$10 per person, $5 per child (5-12), Children under 5 are free

Camping Fee

$10 per tent per night

Family Cap

$50 (Immediate family, children under 18)

Non-member surcharge:

$5 per person






*We cannot guarantee that children will not be exposed to drunken Vikings who like to sing. If you truly wish to be removed from the main bardic area, please notify us and we'll make every effort to locate you to a more quiet area of the site.
